Functional interaction scores
Each interaction in the human interactome was assigned a functional interaction score based on the methods in our publication (Boyanova, Nilla 2014). Functional interaction scores were calculated as aggregated scores from all three ontologies (BP,MF,CC). The file with pre-calculated interaction scores can be downloaded here.
